The Core System

Through training, battles, and relationship a shinobi would gain experince. A Ninja would be formed by the things he would experince. Experince would also have a Shinobi Promoted. Making new friends was an experince. That's is it is our core system in character development. This system governs the capabilites such as "Factors" and "Amounts " key elements to the greatness of our system. Your character is steadly evolvling with each post that you use your skills to future you knowldge, to test you body to the limits on missions. The system is in place to modreate battles and for the fairness to each characters max poteinal. This allows to role players to learn and old roleplayers to chance of a fair role  playing feild. When a Battle Mod is called they will be trained to add in the factrs and amount of technquies that was used and be asked to look on in the realtsic frame of time. This system is never ending having no max limit.

Section I. Attrubitubes

Speed

This the meausrement of how long you been runing, and how fast your body can steady move. It is important everone understands that you must take a moment and think about speed because the percentages is how fast you can move. Meaning while in battle the % you are at is your level. With that being said speeed vs speed is determine by the % differnce. 1% is not really that much.

Tier I.
0-5% means you are so slow. That all the other ninjas will pick on you and call you "Turtle".
6%-9% You have gradutaed from the turle race howver you are still slow.
10%-19% You are not dirt but not fast neither.
20%-30& You are the Average shinobi on this site.
31%-40% You after faster the avearge bear here.
41%-49% Your speed stands out.
50%-60% You are Supioer to the average shinobi.
61% to 80% You are an elite in the terms of speed.
81%-90% To the untrained eye you would seem like blur moving.
91%-100% Are masters of speed, to the untrained eye it seems you teleport when you move.

Tier II.
101%-110% Now one can see you even move with out being on your level.

Agility 

Agility deterimnes the ability to dodge. In some cases speed will also be looked at to prove a better chance of dodging. A high agility allows you to dodge as long it well detailed and worded. Lack of impormation would  can crititacl you chances of dodging. Meaning just because your agility skill is high you can't dodge everything.

0%-10% you are taking hits
5%-10% you still have a very low chance of dodging, the odds are you take the hit.

Agility vs Speed depends on the differance of speed, jutsu and skills in play at the time vs agility and in some cases speed.Keep in mind the context of the post is the main factor to determine the hit or miss. As long as it is well detailed and everything makes sense you would still be dodging.

Coordnation

This basically hand eye coordnation and rarley takes effect on speed and running. This is to help regulate the arrcurccy of weapon based attacks. Though Taijutsu,kenjutsu and Ninjutsu can also be effected by this attrubite. It will help Bukiusers stand out and imrpoved hit ratios. It allows help those with puppery

Tier I.
0%-5% Bricks, you are missing when you throw a kuani nearly every time.
6%-20% You are not too steady, and still likely to miss the throw.
21%-30% You can hit a traget now.
31%-40%You can hit you mark nearly ever chance.
41%-50% Your aim is getting pretty real but don't get cocky.
51%-60% Your aim is supeior to others.
61%-70% You have gotten so skilled you can his moving targets
]71%-80% It's not likely you can miss even while hitting moving targets.
81%-90% You are shooting wet everytime you aim to the basket.
91%-100%Buckets nearly every time.

Endurance

Endurance is toughness, this regulates how they will take damage.. By honing the body to take one attacks one can become a human tank. This system helps regulate  How some would be ffacted taking a hit.

Tier I.
0%-10% You are getting knocked the off fuck out by just about every punch.
11%-20% Get up champ , maybe the next one won't drop you.
21%-30% You are just starten to toughen up.
31%-40% You done grown a pair and can now take some hits.
41%-50%  You can last a few rounds in the rings.
51%-60% Guess you can now make a name no longer being a rookie to take hits.
61%-70% You are one tough  cookie. It will take quiet a bit to drop you. They can say you are supuier in the terms of edurance.
71%-80%You are hard to kill.
81%-90% It it will take a whole lot to gag you.
91%-100% It take all some one has to drop you.

Strenght

Strenght is the amount of can do with his/her body. Strenght is improved by lifting weights, and running.  Strenght takes on Endrunace in case of taijutsu to be a factor in the main damage.

Tier I.
0%-10% You are like a child your hits hardly hurts
11%-20% Okay you can hurt another child but it dosen't make you a bully
21%-30% Alright now, anyone would feel that tap. Keep trying.
31%-40% You are handing out shinners now.
41%-50% Is now breaking jaws.
50%-60% Your hits can effect organs now.
61%-70% You can faracture a bone now.
71%-80% You are breaking bones now
80%-100% You are killing a man in one blow

Sub Section a Other Attrubites

Hand Seal Speed is based off the total of speed and cooridation then divide that by 2.

Example  being 30% in speed and 30% in coordation. Total is 60% in hand seal speed. This lets you now by turning the percentage to the deimal point. The after move the deimal back two places and you will known how many hand seals you can make per second. Why do we mange hand seal speed this, the answer is because both attrubites would serve as factors to make the Art of Nishu. This method is also is used to dertime  the speed of throwing projectiles, throwing a punch or kick, and even sword swings. This would also serve how fast some one could write a kanji on seals.

Slashing is alo detemine with this method being use to determine slashing speed. After you have determine slashing speed you can add it together with stregnht to get slashing power. Slashing power is to be add with the skill being used to determine the total damage.

Jutsu add on more force behide an attack, as an attrubite will work with the jutsu in dealing a total capbility of a technquie to be properly used. An Example will be Bob is jutsu a taijutsu tecnquie to strike at bill. Bobs strenght would be added with the taijutsu being used, speed could factor in to build more momentum to the strenght being used.

Jutsu vs Endurance is caulated by adding the skill of the jutsu being used and any other factor. Th caculate the endurance and if a justu is used. Then dieiced the fiffernce between the two.

Example a sword being used to strike with a jutsu as well. You add the level in kenjutsu 30% to the percetege of Strenght 30% and you get 60% to face angst the endruance. Eduance can also be add with jutsu, equpiment, and other factors.

E Rank justu are basically acadmeny Jutsu and all Shinobi knows them. With a zero cost E ranks are the basics. E rank jutsu dose not give any boost towards anything.

D Rank jutsu are the primary jutsu a Genin can learn on their own.

A D Rank Ninja canlearn D rank jutsu on their own via word count. A D rank jutsu cost a D rank25 points of their energy.
C Rank pays a cost of 15 points amount of energy.
B rank pays a cost of 5 points amount of energy.
A rank can use D rank jutsu at no cost.

D rank just are the second weakest types of jutsu used. They are basic and do little damage but can have the poteinal to kill like must jutsu. .

C Rank Jutsu can be learned from a C Rank on their own.

D Rank  pays a cost of 45 points of their energy, as they are not quite ready for jutsu.
C Rank pays a cost of 25 points
B rank pays a cost of 15 points
A rank pays a cost of 5 points
S rank can use S rank jutsu for free.

C Rank justu as much more powerful that D rank, although there are many more jutsu on another level.

B Rank jutsu can learn by a jounin on their own.

D Rank pays 65 points cost of energy when they use this rank
C Rank pay a cost of 35 Points
B Rank pay a cost of  25 points
A Rank pays a cost of 15 points
S Rank pays a cost of 10 points

B rank jutsu could kill in different possbilites. This the standard level of an Art there is still higher level but B rank jutsu should never be under esimated.

A Rank jutsu can be bought by Anbu and Medical Ninja. A Kage would have to give permission to a Jounin to learn an A rank jutsu on their own.

An A rank jutsu would cost  a D Rank 75 points of their energy.
An C Rank  45 points of their energy
A B Rank35 points of their energy
A Rank 25 points of energy cost
S Rank 15 points of energy

A rank are strong jutsu only passed into hands that are able to use them. A rank jutsu surpass B rank jutsu on a power scale. A rank jutsu often kill.

S Rank jutsu can only be learn by a Kage on their own.

A D rank  total energy cost of 85 points
A C Rank pays 65 points
B Rank pays 45 points
A Rank pays 35 points
S Rank pays 25 points

S rank jutsu will kill. This high the top chain of jutsu. Only master know these types of jutsu.

Substain Cost of Jutsu
D rank cost 5% per post
C Rank is 10% per post
B rank is 15% pe rpost
A rank is 20% per post
S rank is 25% per post.

How to Learn Jutsu: There are mean differnt ways of learning jutsu the primary way is to learn a jutsu from a Sensei or another Ninja. Another way is for one to learn a jutsu from a school all on their own depending on their village ranking. Lasty is you would have to steal with with a bloodline or ability.

Section III. Jutsu are divide into types of skils. The learn a jutsu you must study in that skill. The system in place also montiors your knowldge of a skill. As you use you skill more it will grow.

Ninjutsu
Tier I
0%-10% You are a noob and know nothing about the art of Ninjutsu.
11%-20% You have just now learn the basics.
21%-30% you have more structure in shaping chakra.
31-40% Chakra pool increase at 5% during training
41%-50% You are supieior in the skill of Ninjutsu.
51%-60% Ninjutsu techquies are reduced by 5% of their cost.
61%-70% You chakra grows by 10%
71%-80 you jutsu cost of ninjutsu is reduce by 10%
81-90% you just cost is reduce by 15%
91-100% your chakra pool grows by 15%

Genjutsu
Tier I.
0%-10% You are nood in genjutsu who can not even use Kai or (release)
11%-20% You are now grasping the basics of Genjutsu
21%-30% Your chakra grows by 5% through your training
31%-40% Genjutsu decucts 5% of chakra cost for jutsu
41%-50% Genjutsu casting speed is increase by 5%
51%-60% Genjutsu jutsu are reduced by 10%
61%-70% Genjutsu can be cast 10% faster
71%-80% Genjutsu have increased your chakra by 10%
81%-90% Genjutsu cost is reduced by 15%
91%-100% Genjutsu cost is reduced by 20%.

Breaking Genjutsu

While battling with using genjutsu the differnce between the two shinobi's experince will deterimine the lenght of time it will take one to figure out they have been placed in the genjutsu or to break the genjutsu. 1% differance is at least a 1 second till the genjutsu can be broken. I fthe target is higher in Genjutsu they are able to dispel the issuions in seconds. Kai maybe used with a reasonble explination of how the genjutsu was figured out and broken with having to compare percentges. Other ways to break genjutsu is for the caster to release it, someone to pour chakra into your body, and by pain bing in affilicted.

Taijutsu
Tier I.
0%-10% Whe using taijutsu you will be taken an L not knowing anything about it.
11%-20%- You can throw a proper punch
21%-30% You have learned a stance
31%-40% You can free form your style of taijutsu
41%-50% You gain a give 5% bonus in speed with in a 10 meter raidus while using Taijutsu
51%-60% You gain a 10% speed bonus in a 10 meter raidus while using Taijutsu.
71%-60% Your strenght grows by 5% permently
61%-70% Your strenght grows by 10% permenttly.
71%-80% Yur coodartion is increased by 10%
81-90% Your speed is increased by a 15 meter radius while using Taijutsu
91%-100% Your strenght grows by 10% permently.

Puppetry
0%-10% You have no understanding of Puppetry
11%-20%  You now of the basics of Puppets
31%-40% Puppetry cost 5% less of chakra.
41%-50% Your coordation has increased by 5%
51%-60% Puppet (s) speed has increased by 5%
61%-70% Coordation has increased by 10%
71%-80% Pupperty cost 10% less
81-90% coordation increases by 15%
91%-100% Puppet movement speed increases by 15%

Kenjutsu
Tier I.
0%-10% Whe using Kenjutsu you will be taken an L not knowing anything about it.
11%-20%- You can swing  proper sword
21%-30% You have learned a stance
31%-40% You can free form your style of kenjutsu
41%-50% You gain a give 5% bonus in speed with in a 10 meter raidus while using kenjutsu
51%-60% You gain a 10% speed bonus in a 10 meter raidus while using Kenjutsu.
71%-60% Your strenght grows by 5% permently
61%-70% Your strenght grows by 10% permenttly.
71%-80% Yur coodartion is increased by 10%
81-90% Your speed is increased by a 15 meter radius while using Kenjutsu
91%-100% Your strenght grows by 10% permently.

Weaponry
Tier I.
0%-10% You are not the best with weapons
11%-20%  You know how to throw a kunai the right way
31%-40% weaponry cost 5% less of chakra.
41%-50% Your coordation has increased by 5%
51%-60% throwing  speed has increased by 5%
61%-70% Coordation has increased by 10%
71%-80% Weaponry  cost 10% less
81-90% coordation increases by 15%
91%-100% throwing movement speed increases by 15%

Fuunijutsu
Tier I.
0-10% Do not even try to make a kanji Seal
10-20% You can now use Fuunijutsu basics
21%-30%You writing speed increases by 5%
31-40% Your writing speed increases by 10%
41-50% Writing speed has increase by 15%
51%-60% You coodration has grown by 5%
61%-70% Writing speed has grown by 20%
71%-80% Your coodration has grown by 10%
81-90% Your coordation has grown by 15%
91-100% writing speed has grown by 25%

Senseory
Tier I.
0%-10% You are not sensing anyone
11%-20% You sense Chakra up to a 5 meter radius passivly
21%-30% You can sense chakra up to a 10 meter raidus passivly
31%-40% You can sense chakra up to a 15 meter radius passvily
41-50% You can sense chakra up to a 20 meter radius passivly
51%-60% you can sense chakra up to a 25 meter radius passivly
61%-70% You can sense chakra up to a 30 meter radius passivly
71%-80% you can sense chakra up to 35 meter radius passivly
81-90% you can sense  chakra up to a 40 meter radius passvily
91%-100% you can sense chakra up to a 50 meter radius passivly.

Passivly means automaticly. You can inhance the lenght of your sensory abilites with a jutsu for a greater range.

Senjutsu
Tier I.
0%-10% One of those Buster who most likely won't be a Sage
11%-20% You can gain 5% power increase to a jutsu
21%-30% you can gain a 10% power increase to a jutsu
31-40% you can gain a 15% power increase to a jutsu
41%-50% you can gain 20% power increase to a jutsu.
51%-60% You can gain a 25% power increase to a jutsu
61%-70% You can gain a 30% power increase to a jutsu
71%-80% you can gain a 35% power increase to a jutsu
81%-90% you can gain a 40% power increase to a jutsu
91%-100% you can gain a 45% power increase to a jutsu.

Senjutsu is taught by a Sage possiving Sage mode. Senjutsu can not be taught by anyone other than a sage. Chakra must be draw in from the enviroment  to increase the power of jutsu. If you don't state you are drawing engry from around in a post you not be counted as using senjutsu.

Chakra pool s easily caculated by adding up all your attrubites and gaining the total of the sum of the percentages. Any addtional skill give by a skill is also added towards the chakra. You Do Not Stack boost from the same skill instead you will add the highest. Chakra grows everytime you use it by a single point per post you have used chakra, rather it be in using ninjutsu or genjutsu etc.. etc.. so your character is always gaining addtional chakra.

How to gain experience points, it is simple just use the attribute or skill in a post for a growth in 1% per post. Battling gives you 2% experience per post. When murdering with a skill you will gain 5% experience points in a post. Role playing with characters that you formed a relationship with can give a bonus of experience.
